Shipping policy

We are happy to say we ship to almost every country in the world and we offer free shipping on your first purchase in our store. Unfortunately, some outlying islands are unreachable by our couriers. 

How long will delivery take?

Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 days, however, there are cases such as:

-The production process for our seat covers takes 1–2 working days, and please allow 7–10 days for shipping.

The production process for our seat covers premium takes 1–3 working days, and please allow 8–20 days for shipping.

Our seat covers are made to order. These shipping times may be affected depending on demand.

-The process for our mats and trunk takes 2 days processing, 4 days production, and 1-9 days shipping, making a total of 7-15 days.

All orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available.

My product came damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and image of the damage and we will investigate to issue a refund or replacement for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in a situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us know. Contact us immediately. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is on its way as it has left the warehouse.
